2006 Honda Rebel 250

What would be a fair price, in Canadian dollars, for a 2006 Honda Rebel 250,
5,000 km's, with Scorpio Alarm, heated handle bar grips, big Enterprise
windscreen, Backrest, luggage rack, saddlebag side bars, GIVI saddlebags.
Over all, very nice condition but with a few smaller scratches, but it's
still 4 years old. Brand new, the bare bike hovers around CDN$5,000.00.

Please help me everyone. Is there a Blue Book for Bikes?

What would be a fair price on this, considering it's going to be at least 4
months before I can even test ride it, and I can pay cash right now?
