I would like to start a comparison thread. For simplicity, do not include
any of this post in the reply, only reply to this post unless there is
additional information to be added to each make/model. Please, lets not make
this about which is better...just for comparison only and only published
specs, please. TIA!

Harley Davidson Night Rod - Clipped from MotorcycleUSA.com

"Duke roasts the back tire of a stock Night Rod before blasting down the
track in a best time of 11.63 seconds at 112 mph."

"After becoming the first journo of the day to break into the 11-second
range, I ran an 11.75 before blowing my next run with wheelspin. I then
backed down my aggressiveness during launch and pulled off an 11.71 with a
brief 0.09-second RT. Hey, this is cool! Later in the day, after several
more passes, I ran a best ET of 11.63. Not bad considering Thomason said the
cool track temperature and moderate headwind were holding back our times."

    11.63sec @ 112 MPH from a non-pro rider.

I have come across times down into the low tens range and as fast as high
120's...but non published and dunno if the Bikes were 100% stock.

was hoping at least a few people would have some good sources for other
cruisers, but I guess I was wrong. Thanx anyway.
