So i went this weekend for the longest trip ever to Malmo,
a distance of 300km. During it i discovered was mainly
three things.
1. During the ride and after it my hands felt like i've
been pleasuring myself extensively for three days in a
row with no break.
2. My ass felt like an african elephant has been
pleasuring itself for six, still no breaks.
3. Riding during the night lack pleasure at all.
So, how i prevent the pleasure of (1) and (2) as well
as increace the of (3)?

What were you riding? Vibration can do that. So can too-tight gloves
(either the wrong size or with the closures incorrectly adjusted). So
can bars that aren't positioned right for you. Larger grips can help.
If you were experiencing stiffness and muscle aches like you get from
overexercising, that should go away with more practice. If you were
experiencing numbness that didn't go away overnight or pain other than
muscle aches it would be a good idea to see a physician.

Again, what are you riding? You might need to make some modifications
on your seat or obtain one that is better suited to long distance
riding. On some bikes a wool fleece seat cover will help. On others
an Airhawk http://www.shapefitting.com/ can do wonders. On others a
Beadrider (or something similar cut from the covers that taxi drivers
use--ask one where he got his for a local source)
http://www.beadrider.com/ helps.
http://www.calsci.com/motorcycleinfo/Seats.html has basic instructions
for modifying a seat for more comfort on long rides.
If you stop ever hour, get off the bike for a few minutes, and have a
good stretch, that can also help a great deal.
What do you wear? Underwear with seams can get very uncomfortable on
a long ride. Try to find something that doesn't have seams in the
area on which you sit and that has "wicking" properties. Many riders
find that a pair of bicycle shorts fills the bill, and there are also
underlayers intended for use by hikers and skiers that work. A lot of
Iron Butt riders swear by the "UnderArmor" brand.
There's a condition called "monkey butt" (so called because one's butt
becomes red and swollen like the undersides of certain species of ape)
that results from bacterial or fungal growth during the ride--again
300 km shouldn't cause it unless you got wet early on and were wearing
clothing that holds water, but if that's what you were experiencing
wicking undergarments and fast-drying outer garments (like a good
Cordura or Kevlar or Keprotec riding suit) and medicated talcum ("Gold
Bond" is the popular brand in the US, don't know if it's available in
the EU--there are other brands that are sold for treating jock-itch
that should do fine) will help avoid it in the future.

What don't you like about riding at night? If it's that you can't see
clearly you might need glasses. If if that you can see clearly but
not far enough then you probably need better lights. Most motorcycles
don't come with particularly good headlights from the factory.
There may be a forum dedicated to your particular model of motorcycle
in which you can find good information on specific modifications to
address the issues you're having. http://www.advrider.com is a good
resource on all aspects of travelling by motorcycle. There's another
newsgroup, rec.motorcycles, that has more traffic than the
alt.motorcycles to which you have posted. I've taken the liberty of
crossposting this response to that group.
