Footage from the perspective of a helmet cam. A car swerves into her,
and she doesn't have time to break, resulting in the accident taking
place. This from the lady in question: LEO and Insurance are well aware
I have it all on video. The officer who took the report already watched
it too, he chuckled and said - " good thing you have that because the
guy is saying you hit him. He said he was stopped and all you had to do
was stop but you didn't."

How's that possible. The Civic did a 180 with locked wheels, just
looking at the tire marks would have been enough to see who's at fault.
Nice video though, good thing he wasn't seriously hurt.

Ne, he should have been seriously hurt for that stupid stunt he pulled.
Now, as for the rider ... she got away fairly intact.

First, she was in the wrong lane.
You never ride in the middle of 3 lanes because you have no blocking
position
if she had been in the right lane or left lane it would not have happened.
Next, good braking skills might have been enough to stop and not hit the car
Next, countersteering into the left lane might have worked
Next, she was pretty well beside the car so she created a 'blind' spot
Next, she should have ridden staggered to the other cars to give time to
react
conclusion:
IT IS ALWAYS THE RIDERS FAULT ;)
