I have problems getting my hands on the book "Proficient
Motorcycling". It's available by Amazon but the site i've
been looking at doesn't ship to Sweden at all. The other
site i've found would ship but i'll have to wait over five
weeks and the S&H is $45.
Anybody knows how to get my hands on a copy in Sweden
(alternatively if there's a downloadable version)?
