Honda CB 400 (new or old)??

 

Hi All,

in the japanese page of Honda motorcycles, there seems to be mention
of a CB 400, with Hyper VTec III ????

I've never seen anything like this in Europe. Is this a recent
motorcycle, or is my lack of japanese knowledge misleading me? I know
there's been a CB 400 in 70', but I doubt it had anything like Hyper
Vtec III.

Anyone can shed some light in this, pls?
