I just picked up a '78 CB400t that I plan on turning into a cafe racer.
The one issue I have had so far is trying to find out which parts fit
the bike (from other bikes). Does anyone know a good web site that will
provide some cross reference information for older hondas? Specifically
I am trying to find spoked wheels (but disk front) to replace the
comstars, a cafe racer seat and a new tank and the odd replacment part.
My guess is that there are parts from other hondas that will bolt right
on, knowing which will help a lot on ebay or at a swap meet. All my web
searches so far have turned up nothing but crap (as usual).
If anyone knows a CB400T specific web posting group that would also be
appreciated.
