I don't now anyone, anywhere in the world who knows where to buy cheap tyres
for a motorbike.

I don't know where you are in PA, but I bought two tires for my CT200
at Street Track and Trail for 14.95 each.
JC Whitney has some cheepos too.
What kind of bike are you putting these on?
