Now correct me if I'm wrong . . .
But this starts out as "MOTORCYCLE AWARENESS MONTH" One would think,
that this means people, should be more aware of motorcycles - at least
for one month out of twelve (who writes this stuff?)
Is one month good enough for you? Well it does occur during the peak
riding month for those lawyers and CEO's who ride their Harleys for a
brief time in spring. (like a lot of other insect hatches this time
of year).
Then they go into how MOTORCYCLISTS should be watching out for "grope"
(the nose-picking car drivers). I'm sorry, but motorcycle awareness
month should include the idiot that figures that the MC coming along
the intersection is deserving of the right-of-way - not "he is going
to get creamed if he doesn't get out of the way of MY SUV."
Fuck the government. Stay safe, and watch out for the idiot
four-wheelers every day of the year. And think positive -
motorcyclists are just as entitled to roads as Mr. Grope. Let your
idiot politicians know how you feel, or just vote against them.
Priorities:
STAY SAFE, have fun, don't get caught. (if you're having fun you're
probably breaking some law)
