And your point is what, exactly?

The readership of this group already is well aware, far more
than others, that the safety of motorcycling is riding is to a very
large degree up to the rider - far more than is the case with
cars - and we're also well aware that one of the greatest
dangers to us is the general incompetence of the average
car driver. So what is it you're trying to tell us?

I think he's pointing out the perception others -- not necessarily just
riders -- have of the safety issue. I found the article interesting.

That when car and bike bump the car wins. This is of concern
to the administrator of "ng2000.com", whatever that is.

Mr ng2000.com is a spammer. If you search google groups, you will find
he has made (at this moment, and increasing by the hour) 1,342 posts in
the month of September alone. In all manner of groups. The latest was in
alt.pagan; prior to that in alt.religion.scientology, then
alt.california, then alt.autos.saab. All point to some news article you
need to read via a click-through at his site.

He also posts with X-No-Archive: Yes so his posts disappear from GG in
six days.
