And your point is what, exactly?

The readership of this group already is well aware, far more
than others, that the safety of motorcycling is riding is to a very
large degree up to the rider - far more than is the case with
cars - and we're also well aware that one of the greatest
dangers to us is the general incompetence of the average
car driver.  So what is it you're trying to tell us?
