I studied the photos on the same web sight and only saw fenders on the
front wheels... unless you call that thing sticking out behind the
seat a "fender".  The two small fenders you see over the wheels are in
fact the front wheels.

I'm still confused

Hey, your right, I did not enlarge it.  It was actually a front view.  Does
not say much for its looks : )

Just saw a video of a MC vs an ATV and they were equal over grass.

having narrower tires this vehicle should be faster.  Does not say if it is
street legal but I have seen ATV's that are.
