I just bought my friends Honda TR200 Fatcat, and id like to make it
street legal. First of all, is it even possible for me to legaly do
it? And second, if it is possible is there a kit i can buy or somthing
like that?

the bike is a 4 stroke and it already has a headlight and break light.

I already have a DRZ400S Dual sport, but i think it would be fun to
drive to school on the fatcat.

Does it have a title? What state are you in? Go to the local DMV/BMV
and find out what it takes to license a bike like yours....not easy.
You'll need turn indicators, horn, high and low beam headlights (all of
which have to conform to regulations) It may need a certificate from
the EPA.

There MAY be a way to do it, but I doubt you'll want to jump through
all the hoops to get it done.

Check to see if a company called Baja Designs has a kit like that.

So far as getting it registered and street legal is concerned, check
your state's DMV website for information. Here in California, they have
a list of motorcycle models they will never register. Maybe your state
has such a list and you can save yourself a lot of time just by making
a phone call and asking about that...

As bad as the laws are regarding registrations, etc, I am so glad I don't
live in California.  Nice place to visit but would never take a job there.

The weather here is just awful, too. I can never wear my parka or
