We in Vancouver, Canada I.C.B.C., don't have that other than some
mentioned CAA extended but not professional service.....the Vehicle
Insurance companies won;t touch a motorcycle since they are not equipped for
it and end up causing more insurable damages.

A standard tow truck cannot move a motorcycle without doing a lot of
awkward loading, and causing even more damage, like bending swingarms, brake
pad/levers get knocked a round....

What else can they do as I see them loading a 400lb machine on the
edges of the Towing Boom and tying it (MC) down with duct tape....the towing
guys don't have any facilities for a M/C a as they damaged a lot of my
vehicles, and they are not held culpable, because of some City By-Law.....

Your personal repair equipment or "personal" Dealer/auto mechanic is
best chance unless you have the towing equipment yourself.

There may be a niche in some BCAA in B.Columbia Canada that may fill
a spot in roadside assistance, but you still need a cell phone and
appropriate number for your case.

Might be a difference in viewpoint... So far as I know, the US
insurance companies don't handle the roadside assistance, they only
reimburse after the fact -- one is still responsible for contacting the
company that does the work.

Here we have some crown corporation that basically handles all
Vehicular Insurance I.C.B.C. "Auto Plan" at a slight discount than private
firms...

So you insure all the Basic/Medical/Theft/Specified/Comprehensive
Perils.................then you can add insurance from BCAA which will
pickup your bike in a flatbed and tie it down.....at that point the guilty
party pays for that through a lot of rigormoro paperwork, but if you just
have a personal incident, you get covered by their system.....

It's hard to keep more of the "eggs" in 1 basket as a scatter gather
simplicity, to minimize misinterpretations and communication failures
through inter corporate priorities and systems.

Just ask for a Tilt 'n Load truck which pulls your bike onto it's bed
with a winch, then strap it down with Tie Downs.
