That's pretty disgusting, the shear thought that a few bux for gas
would spawn a breed of thieves willing to risk time in jail to avoid taking
the transit systems, or buying a scooter.....
I think the summer weather might have something to do with the
rabble of riff raff joy riders in the area, and the unscrupulous wonders
just keep on going.....
