Looks aren't all, the *specs* are a bit off, since the 400cc
Splendor has about 26hp, where did the other 10hp go to, makes you wonder
about most of it.....the compression is still high, but the BHP doesn't
match gotta be something there too.....
The (Splendor 400) is going for a bit less than a Yamy majesty 400,
so there is a quality thing involved that they might try to mask over with
another idea.....this philosophical idea usually works........for a while...
