|>So, I'd say we're all different and that counts for a lot. It's really
|>hard to advise somebody objectively which is a better scoot. I think
|>it's a lot like clothes, in a sense you are wearing your scoot, so
When I had the CH250 Elite, I was at 1 with the scoot, but I seem to
find the Majesty to be a separate entity.
It takes a lot of riding miles till you can just toss the scooter
like a toy, which is a bit difficult since it's in the X2.5 my weight
category.
What I like about small scoots is the 100 miles of city we are in,
therefore a cruiser class, like the S-Wing is not necessary and the rock
salt combined with hot summer days can drain you from riding a large scoot.
Like you, I find the 400c to fill that *Cruising* niche, but not for
wheelies and stoppies, like a lot of small scoot riders are into....
|>comfort matters as does maintenance such as whether clothes need
|>dry-cleaning, as do looks. Looks don't matter much to me, I can't see
|>much of the scoot when I'm riding it and don't spend much time staring
|>at it when I'm not riding. But looks are very important to some people.
|> Who am I to argue. I know people who have terrible bikes as far as
|>I'm concerned, but they like the looks.
Some people like to Show Off, like all the fancy sleek suits,
helmets, Shine and Show Harleys, but then, is that a mania like the scoot
tours, feet forward convictions, AMA 1%memberships, and all sorts of scoot
identities..... sometimes it makes about as much sense a Honda Tercel group
vs. a Honda Civic group or is that the Honda curse "I shall NEVER build a
Car"...Honda founder.
