I noticed today that when i started the engine, the back wheel started
rotating slowly, at a constant pace. I stopped it with my foot but as
soon as i released it, it went back to the movement. Of course, the bike
was on the central stand at the occasion.
Is that normal?

Yes, we (My club Bikers) agree that it's normal for the wheel to spin if
ya bike is sitting on the central stand ... See ya : )
