Somebody needs to make a thing that floats with a propeller and rudder.
You would drop a motorcycle onto it to power it. The rear wheel would
turn another wheel that turns the propeller. The front wheel is in a
slot that turns the rudder as you steer the bike. It needs to be not
tippy. Could be adjusted for any size bike. Would be much cheaper than a
jet ski. Maybe somebody already built one?

Two ways to improve your life.
1. Turn off the TV.
2. Throw it out the window.

It would be easy to make a pontoon rig like that. Not sure I'd want to risk
my main bike on it though. It might be fun to make it with trailer wheels
and tow it behind an ATV.

Not exactly what you describe, but this vehicle was made
somewhere near 50 years ago.

Here's someone that has tried to make an old Honda
amphibious. <g>

Here's a pedal bike amphibian.

But, beyond those images, I found nothing like you have
described. But, there's many more pictures here than I
care to explore.

I'll bite: why does someone need to make that?
