Im looking at a used 07 sportbike. It has a digital odemetor and it
reads 390 miles. The seller claims it was a repo. I wonder if there
are clues to look for on the bike to tell if the mileage is really
true. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I'd be concerned about the "repo" claim, too, as it gives the seller an
excuse to not have information or proof.
Two cues come to mind:
a)At 390 miles, it should still be the breakin oil. Take a sample and have
it chemically analzyed. Should be something like mineral oil. Should also
be very dark after 390 miles.
b)Tire wear should be virtually non-existent.
c)Tires should be the same model that ships with the bike new.
If you're pretty much the only buyer, you could always use the "Red Herring"
technique to try to get the price down a bit. Claim to have found proof
that the odometer has been tampered with or may not be accurate. You could
claim that the tires have more wear than they should for 390 miles.

FFS.

True
Another pointer is to look at the wear on things like footpeg rubbers
(if fitted) and grips.
There are a million tiny little clues, but basically, if the bike looks
and feels tight as a drum, then the mileage is probably accurate.
