You might have a better chance of getting a useful answer if you
mentioned the make, model, and year of the bike and what, if
anything, you have checked or otherwise done to solve your cooling
system problem.

Possibilities:

Thermostat stuck closed, defective radiator pressure cap fails to hold
enough pressure to raise the boiling point of the coolant, cooling fan
problems, blown head gasket, cracked head or cylinder.

I'm a little concerned that you used the term "hot water".  You do have
appropriate coolant in there and checked the concentration, right?

The radiator cap comes to mind immediately.  Another poster mentioned the
thermostat, but I'm not absolutely positive that the thermostat can cause
that symptom (but it might be able to).

Dave's thoughts (not worth much):

a)Coolant concentration.

b)Radiator cap (spring thingie).

c)Thermostat.

Also, most of the advice here seems very applicable to a liquid-cooled
motorcycle:
