I believe the USMC was experimenting with some diesel Kawasakis to be
used in Iraq recently. Don't know if the bikes were adapted or produced.

Kawasaki KLR650 modified to run on diesel... Might be called DLR.... Not
sure.

Yes here in the netherlands, Startwin build a sportsbike with a 3 cyl.
engine. 100hp and very much torque. Pretty incredible.
