hello,
i am seeking a full face helmet with at least built in speakers with an
auxiliary jack for plugging into a portable mp3 player. if such a thing
exists, id like one with built in blue-tooth capabilities so that i can use
my cell phone without having to remove my helmet. my search has just begun
so i dont know where to begin.
thanks,

Whatever you find, make sure you can operate those electronics with your
noise-reducing *earplugs* in place. See the thread in rec.motorcycles
with the subject of "Motorcycling and Hearing Loss".

Begin here:
http://www.aerostich.com/catalog/US/Aerostich-Helmet-Speakers-p-18213.html
Then find a full-face helmet that fits you well. These speakers are
decent, inexpensive, and will fit into virtually any helmet without any
tools or fasteners.
The built-in hook-and-loop backing on the speakers fastens securely to a
helmet liner, yet it's easy to move when you need to. It has a standard
3.5mm stereo plug.
My wife and I have been using them for years, with all sorts of audio
devices.
