my honda mtx 125 just conked out the other day,and i cannot for the
life of me get it to start up again .i have checked the compression
and that seems ok the plug is sparking 2,can anyone please help me???

 Were you riding it, and it just quit? Did it run intermittantly and
then finally die, or was it running O.K. and the next time you went to
ride it, it just wouldn't start?

 Check for fuel flow.
 Try a new plug.

 Give more specific details on it's demise, please.

Fat spark or weak?  Coils sometimes leak.  Look up under the tank as
starting is tried.  There should be no flashes of light.

I've coated leaky coils with Black Magic.

it actually started then i rode it up a hill then i stoped got off the
bike and it was ticking over ok and then it just conked out.it then
just wont start at all

Could be rust in the tank.  When you went up the hill it went into the fuel
line and clogged fuel delivery.  Take the fuel line off the carburetor to
see if there's gravity flow.
