Hey everyone
I am planning on buying a new bike and just wondering what your thoughts
were between these two. Thanks.

I bought the aero 750 black and silver this feb. both are fine bikes
and good luck on your choice, one reason I picked up the aero was
cost. they had one 04 left in the showroom and a very good deal there is
a web page out there that will compare two bikes.

AJ,
The Honda, definately. Given the quality, and price difference, not to
mention the fact the Yamaha is underpowered. Don't know about the
dealer network in your area, but here the Honda dealer has a slight
edge over the others as far as service goes.
I looked at these two, and ended up buying a Suzuki Volusia 800 for
the same price as the Yamaha, and less than the Honda. I'm very happy
with it.
Some (myself included) prefer the looks of the Yamaha. The Suzuki is
liquid cooled, shaft drive, and a better value. It has slightly more
power than the Yamaha. The looks (of the Volusia)grow on you too.
There are far less Volusias around than the other two, so it has a
slight exclusivity factor- I get a lot of "what kinda bike is that?"
questions.
Big deal.

Thanks for the input. I bought the Honda with the touring package on it. But
I did get a look at the vl800. Really nice bike its called a " c50se
"(canadian edition) now. When I saw it I wanted it, but I was already
approved at Honda for financing. Oh well.
