need seat pad, better shocks, rear luggage rack for kawEL250

 

from USA-need seat padding/replacement and rear rack for EL250 Kawasaki.  I
love this bike, but the seat and pillon leave us sore after a day's ride.
I'm looking for a gel pad or some other type of "water seat" to soften the
ride. I also need a rear rack that will bolt onto the existing rails along
the rear fender/seat, so i can carry my rear luggage back when i have a
passenger on the pillon.  While i'm asking, has anyone changed the rear
shocks, to add stiffer shocks, so the back handles the bumps of the road
better when riding with a passerner? Does anyone know of a mailorder or
website where i might be able to order these items. email me please with any
