I have purchased a box case and am now wondering about parts. Will the
local Harley dealer still have general engine stuff or can parts be had
after market?
Any advise on the restoration would be appreciated. This is my first
attempt.

Forget the dealer. I doubt he has anything to fit this bike. I think
I'd just sit down at the computer and start searching there.

They may also have the parts manual which would invaluable if you are
working with a true basket case.

I had a 67 Sprint, bought it new, back when dinosaurs ruled the earth. If
you look, you can still find parts.
Check Walneck's Cycle Trader, and don't forget, google is your friend.
