All of this health care bullshit

 
  I was wondering what y'all think. I'm not trying to start ant shit so
if you don't want to comment feel free not to. Here's a link to the

  I'm no fan of government run anything but I agree that something has
to be done. My wife lost her job, I'm self employed, she has arthritis,
I have glaucoma, medicine is damn expensive. I've always been insured
through my wife's insurance and it's getting ready to evaporate. One
bottle of eyedrops I have to use is almost two hundred dollars. With my
current insurance it's ten dollars.

I see the benefits of a health care package and I think I'm pretty well
aware of the negatives. I just wonder how can anyone believe the
bullshit that's coming out of the media about all of this. Death panels
is one of them, that is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

Drinks on me Roger. You'd have to be blind not to realize the US healthcare
system is built around making pharma companies filthy rich and keeping
doctors in Mercedes. Now I'm all for doctors getting their due but there has
to be some boundaries because the cost escalation of the past 20 years are
simply astounding. What to do...what to do....

Take a ride's all I can think of at the moment.

Perhaps, but I don't trust the government to ever do anything more
efficiently than the private sector... I've worked on too many government
contracts over the years to be that naive...
