Good morning, afternoon, evening! And first slip up to the bar and
take advantage of the somewhat better exchange on my CDN
plastic...
So, the driver that's hauling my lasers up here had to re-route
through Portland, and it would be one heck of any easier thing
to deal with Customs in Victoria via the Port Angeles ferry than
having him go up through Vancouver. He's doing the camping
thing enroute and will be heading up there tomorrow to be
able to get an early ferry Tues. A.M., so I'm trying to help him
maybe find somewhere to camp out. And yes, I got google
earth going overtime here. I don't think he's been up in the
PNW much before, and he's wound up over seeing some
of the sights and driving the back ways. It doesn't make
any difference to me as it save's me $$ having him take
the shorter route.. So, any and all idea's welcome, and
next round!
thanks!

If he heads up 101 through Shelton and Hoodsport, there are many campgrounds
along the way;

Yes, I think that's the route he's taking, I'll pass these along to him.
I've done that trip years ago back in the 80's and it was amazing,
but things have a way of changing so that's why I'm looking for
advice,.
Thanks!

You better triple check availibility on th' Port Angeles run...
depending on th' size of th' truck, it could be problematic. I'm
between Portland and PA, he can hang here en route if he wants to.

Oh yeah, how the heck did I space on that, you sent me stuff email
on that a few years back it seems! I'm still waiting to hear back
on if and when he made a reservation for the ferry (my idea with
all the tourists at the moment). They have an 18ft. limit on the
height, shouldn't be a problem.

Will do as soon as he calls in with some kinda plan, just kinda
winging it at the moment..
Thanks!
