I start monday , with a small cut in pay from where I was . Shouldn't make
a lot of difference in my take-home though , since I won' be paying for
insurance and retirement for now .
Best part is that my new employer is in direct competition with the former
employer and has higher standards .
And he rides a Harley .

Congrats and good luck!
I see many people around me getting laid off.
It's a bad time of the year for that to happen and would not wish that on
anyone.
