One of the first things you learn in any tactical school is the
difference between "Cover" and "Concealment".
I am not certain what knowledge a medical student or a trauma surgeon
could gain from the video or demonstration. It would seem to me they
would get a LOT more from a demonstration using ballistic gel.
Aside from that, the video had some mild entertainment value.

An important lesson I learned was don't get down stream of flying lead.
I would have thought they would have used something more real life like pig
carcasses.
