Plastic is on the bar choose your beverage of choice.
I ran across a 1996 FXDS with 27,000 Mi on it. It's located in
McSherrystown, PA and I was wonderin if there is anyone close to there
that could check it out for me? The guy is going to email me the Vin
later today.
Course if anyone knows of a 96 to early 98 EVO FXDS with low miles, at
or under $6,000 that's in good condition....

Why didn't he have the vin# on hand in the first place?
You would rely on others from usenet to "check out" a used bike you want
to purchase over a thousand miles away?
I gladly sold my '03 FLHT for 9.5K cash, but THEY showed up, heard it
start, and trailered it away without riding it!
