Shirley, fill them up on me.
I see the Full-Sac conversion for getting rid of the crossover, and one
thing comes to mind.
Is the bike's performance hurt by this install? I'm wondering, because I
don't think the MOCO would put the extra pipe on the bike if it wasn't
needed.
I have a stock, 2006 FLHTCI. I'm thinking about doing this conversion,
but don't want to harm the motor.
Any comments?

I have heard you will get a slight loss in torque going to duals, of any
brand, over the stock head pipes on HD touring frames. Is it enough to
notice? Probably not.
I am considering duals for my Ultra for the heat reduction.

Here is my "comment"... now that you asked:
If I understand the breathing ability of this particular fire breathing
air pump correctly, they (the factory) designed the stock exhaust to
deliver the best of all worlds, to give said engine the all around
sowund, longevity, fuel economy, and power it needs.
Now, IMHO, if you change one single thing from the first equation to get
something else, then the other items mentioned have to be
changed/altered as well... or well does your riding style.
IE: Somthing else is gonna give, or take it's place.
So even before you change a jet, oil type, leathers, Tires, helmets,
exhaust systems, or beer, just ask yourself: "What DO I ultimately desire?"
No matter what you want, something has to give (and be taken) if you
change something to have a positive effect on one portion.
It really IS that black and white.
