Got all the way up to 33 degrees F. this a.m., and enough snow has
melted to where there's only the occasional wet spot here and there.
Except the parking lots - the snow there will still be around for days
yet. Rode in to work via our hosting facility, and later this evening
to practice, so I'll get almost a hundred miles in just commuting
today.
Damn, it feels good to be riding again. Should be near 70 by
Wednesday.

About 45 degrees here today. I just got back from putting on about 60
miles. Ya see, tomorrow I need to ride to the Fed Ex place and pick up a
package for my wife. I've never been there before so I thought I ought
to ride up there today so I won't get lost when I ride there tomorrow.
Makes perfect sense to me!

It's 53 degrees in St. Louis right now. But this morning when I rode
in, it was 25. Brrrr. Oh, well, beats driving the cage any day.

I thought you said you never get lost! Anyway, makes perfect sense to
me, too. I am amazed at how my outlook on life has improved in the
last 2 days, since I can commute on 2 wheels again, finally.

Yep...that's where I live, too. Well, south of Gardner about 4 miles,
but close enough to KC. After my trip to Fed Ex in Shawnee tomorrow,
I'll prolly stop by Central HD in Olathe and look at the doo-dads. I've
been looking at those air deflectors for the fairing. Anybody have any
experience with 'em good or bad?
