I've yet to take the time to find the specs on that, I wonder what
degree rake the FE is, I hope they kicked her out some, these after
market companies all seem to be too short, Spirat built quit a few on
the 4 speed frame setup with the adjustable trees and lengthened the
rear a bit  and they handled real good at speed, I took on to myrtle
beach years ago, and at 90 it was still good handling

From another website:

"The forks have been lengthened by 1.775 inches compared to the
regular Touring motorcycle, and rake is increased from 29.25 degrees
to 32.00 degrees. A steer damper controls coast-down wobble, and
minimizes bumps and other road inputs during turning events."

Ride safe!

Aaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

The trail needs to be decreased not the rake increased.
Increasing the length of the forks increases the rake by raising the
front ride height,
and if my imaginary eyeball geometrical calculator serves me right,
this will actually increase the trail.

However we ARE talking about the silly reversed tree setup found on the
touring bikes so I may be talking out of my nether region....
