Saw the weather was rather bumpy in your part of the world yesterday.
You OK?

Yep; it was a wild ride. Nothing real serious to my property but three
tornadoes near by. I watched in amazement as all my gutters overflowed
and golf ball sized hail covered the deck. Some winds of 50mph or so but
no tree loss. The storm was clocked by the NWS as moving at 72mph. 5pm
the skies were crystal clear and a dazzling sunset. I've just never seen
so much rain in one event.
Thanks for asking,

I found out today that 22 people died in NC yesterday afternoon from
storm related events.

Anyone heard from Len & Pauline? I think they sometimes work in Raleigh.
Or did.

Thanks for askin' MaGGie... we haven't been working in Raleigh for a couple
of years now, but yes; we did. And there's always a possibility of being
down there in the future. Lotsa friends down there. All are fine....
including the Beckers.
I talked to Big Bill yesterday... he had some stories (imagine that!) of
course. They were sitting in the Big Garage with the generator running
(elec out), with TV, cold beer, and toilets. Not a care in the world.
