Wouldn't the real question be, How many suits have been settled with
non-disclosure agreements?

I've always wondered if all of the FLT line of Harleys have this so
called flaw why I've never had a high speed wobble from my bikes. I
would be willin' to bet I've had my bike over a hundred miles an hour
more than most folks that ride (Harleys anyway). Usually three or four
times a week except when it's twenty degrees out. I only do eighty then.
Maybe I'm just lucky.
