i really liked the "captain shaggy rides" segment. i know it was just a
quick loop through the hood but riding with short pants, deck shoes, no
helmet while making an illegal u-turn, running a stop sign and not
signalling to turn really shows professionalism to me.

I've seen some cops here in NYC riding an electric scooter, full sized too.
