Did you happen to notice, with a couple of exceptions, they're
overwhelmingly States that get a lot of snow. Go figure.

Those are just th' rookies, check out th' seasoned pro's using DWI or
DUI stats and you boys down South are doin' just dandy. Of couse,
Kickstarts state is near th' top of th' heap <g>.

Fl is top notch on giving out DUI's down there they have a "buzz" law, you do
not even have to be at or over the legal limit if the officer decides you are
under influence, two of my friends were nailed this way not that long ago,
Rick spent some $25k fighting his .024, but he had a dui in '76 so the courts
decided it was his 2nd dui and they were not letting it go, I was there the
evening he got that one, I had just pulled around his corner coming in from
GA, FL sucks for DUI these days
