"The Road." Powerful movie. Not yer typical action/adventure
post-apocalyptic flick like I thought it was gonna be. Father (Viggo
Mortensen) and son trekking across the country after "The Big One." No
Bruce Willis kinda stuff. Just things that every father in here would do
to protect his son in a similar situation. Outstanding acting. No
emoting. Short appearances by Charlize Theron <sigh....>, Robert Duvall,
Guy Pearce. Not a "feel good" movie. Don't expect to get lucky after you
watch it with yer spouse/significant other. I'd give it more than 2
thumbs up, but that's all the thumbs I have. Hey...How 'bout this: Two
thumbs up and a big toe!
MC Content - Somebody who worked on the movie surely owns a Harley.
