Last Friday I pulled the trigger on a 2009 flhtp. Its nice to
actually be able to see where I am going in the morning when I ride
to work in the dark. Shit, it's just nice in every way, one smooth
ride. I still have my Deuce - nobody seems to interested in a softail
with over 100k on it. Put a round or two on my tab, I'm a little
short on cash.

It morphed into this one. It seemed like a good deal. When I got home
from work Friday Bridget said "when do you want to go pick it up?"
I said "pick what up?"
She said "your new bike"
So I said "Now!"
I had been looking at this particular model for quite awhile now. I
had found several in my price range out of state, but by the time I
called they were always sold. Unbeknownst to me the local dealer just
got a couple in. Apparently she had been paying attention, because by
the time I got to the dealer, she had them down in price. She was
armed with several of the ads I had saved on the puter. So we bought
it. It was tough, but I didn't want to dissapoint her.

One long ride on the Softail, and she picks out the bagger. Now get her
a nice seat, and a tourpack to lean on and store her stuff in.

She's a keeper. Congrats on the new bike!
Sure are a lot of baggers in here.
