Totally unnecessary!  If air is good enough for your head, it's good
enough for your tires!

Completely a waste of time for Harley's or any street bike. We use the
nitrogen to race (AMA Road Racing) at the track were our tire
pressures increase from us spinning up the tire and want them to
stabilize at a certain pressure. Once the tires have to much air
pressure they tend to spin more, heat up some more, increase the
pressure even more.....rinse repeat until you lose the desired grip it
takes to go fast.

But wadda I know......

Last I heard Capt.  The atmosphere on this planet is 60 % or higher
Nitrogen,  which pretty much puts it in the Air category.

Probably the only real difference is that compressed Nitrogen is
*very* dry. For aluminum wheels, it should virtually eliminate any
corrosion inside the tire. It makes sense to do this on a Boeing 747
(and is required), but I suspect any benefit to a motorcycle owner
would be minimal, at best.
