According to the news, a ship with only AMERICAN sailers/crew was
pirated yesterday. (the first US flagged ship hijacked in 200 years?)

Anyway, those Americans on board regained full control, with one of the
pirates in custody, and the rest of the bastards "floating!"

Just saw this on CNN, WOO HOO! good deal, I like your spin better than CNN's
"according to Pentagon officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity. The
three others tried to escape, and their status is unknown."

I don't know why, but typically merchant vessels like these are not allowed to
carry small arms which would allow them to fight back when boarded.

Too damned bad......we should be reading more about small boats full of
"pirates" that didn't return home......no explanation.....

But now, the news is reporting that the Captain of this ship is being
held captive(as I speak-n-type) by yet another sneaky little bastard
that is still alive.

I say, change the laws so as to let and allow international ships to be
armed, so as to be able to repel pirates.

Either that, or melt all of Somalia with bombs, and take (share?) total
control of that wortheless country with the Tiawanese!  (70/30)
