Pete's alive and well, nearly finished with his trip to the southwest.....
And like me.......doesn't mind eating and drinking cold beers with netscum.....

Just another Saturday I tell ya.......
Was a pleasure to meet you.....and if ya want to move here <sfsf>.....no
problem, there's plenty of room......usually the employment situation is good,
and the riding is year round.

And leave your beautiful place? I think you want to visit Aridzona in the
middle of the summer before you move.

I keep the inside of my house at 75 degrees........and the pool is perfect. No
problem.......
