Drinks for all on my tab.

Our trip is nearly over.  Should be back in PA tonight.

I've read some differing reports on preparing a bike for long term storage
and wondered what works for the patrons of r.m.h.  It's not something I've
ever had to do for Mr Bike as London never gets that cold.

Thanks

H sed:

I've no real-world experience either, but HogDr gave us this back in
1999.
With the exception of the carb for your bike, it looks pretty good in
today's world.

I'm sure they're be more....

And leaving the key with one of us would help too...

Absolutely. Aitch, you're welcome to leave it in my garage. Hell, I'll
even put you up for the night, feed ya, and let my new dog lick your
face. Leave the key and I'll be sure she gets warmed up now and again!

Thanks Len, I'm slightly reassured by Patrick's mention that you don't
*have* to store the scoot on a stand with the wheels off the ground.  I just
heard from a local guy that parking the wheels on some carpet would be
beneficial!  Not sure why but I'll try it and see how things are at
Christmas.

Cheers
