Heads up Shirl, I have dues to pay for this
question. Looking for manuals for the Frankenbike.
Need a motor manual for a '69 Shovel. Clymers OK?
Is a factory manual available (haven't found one
online yet)? Back in the Day Clymers wasn't
exactly the choice for folks who took their
maintenance seriously. Do I need a separate manual
for the '73 frame? ANy recommendations are welcome.
TIA

OK. I'm guessing from the site that getting a
bonafide HD factory manual for a '69 ain't gonna
happen in anybody's world. What's the best? Clymer
or Haynes?
Thanks

So, you called them already?
And they told you that they don't have one?
Pretty good since they are closed on Sunday.
I'm done with this one.

I just assumed that if it wasn't on their website
then they didn't have the factory stuff. They have
plenty of Clymer and Haynes listed. A few hours of
online searching hasn't netted much factory
literature beyond current models. I mean, why
would they NOT include the factory manuals online
if they have them in stock?
