Drinks for all. Break out the Lagavulin for the electrical wizzards,
which I am not.
'98 Heritage, 75,000 miles. All lights work normally when the bike is
started. All lights continue to work normally as long as riding is
slow speed around town type stuff. After a highway run, even a short
one, the right turn signals don't work. A little more slow driving
and everything works again. Any ideas? Thanks.

WAG? Broken filament making intermittent contact.
Replace the bulb and see what happens. They're cheap.

Another WAG, a cracked or loose ground wire to one of the signals.
Check the bulb first though. (You can always use a spare bulb)
Also could be dirt in the base of the socket or the spring interupting
juice to the bulb.
Had a bike doing intermittent shit like that a couple of weeks ago.
Changing the rear (1156) bulb sorted it.

Been through the bulb thing. I carry spares with me and I changed
them all out. I'm afraid the I might have something wrong in the
wiring harness or possobly a bad ground, but I'm not good enough with
the electrical stuff to properly diagnose it. Hate to do it, but I
might have to put it in the shop. Thanks.

I think it's an electrical problem.
