1995 883 Sportster throttle problem....
One day I started it and as I was throttling down to idle the engine would
quit when the throttle knob was pushed in just past half way. It always
started and runs, but only by manually adjusting the throttle knob to what I
hear as the correct idle, about half way in. I haven't found my exact
problem described in the factory manuals or on the web. I found a lot of
similar throttle problems caused by clogged fuel filter, bad VOES, stuck
float, cracked manifold, manifold seals, jets. Any ideas before I tear into
this thing?
Thx in advance.....
