WTF, it can hold 10 gallons of beer in each saddlebag which should be
enough libation for yawl. ;^)
Anyway, 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring model will be available here
this coming January with MSRP of $16,699. It's featured in the current
issue of Motorcycle Cruiser. Here's a factory image of that big mutha:

Here in Boise, ID the Triumph dealer (also sells several euro-brands)
is much closer to my digs than the HD dealer. However, there's still a
limited number of Triumph franchises out there compared to HD, and
that certainly had a negative impact on your buddy.
BTW, what was the problem with his Rocket 3 that caused it to run
like crap? 10-days is too long, man. Part/s had to be backordered?
Meanwhile, am wondering whether Triumph is gonna debut their new
1500cc/1600cc parallel twin at Biketoberfest this weekend.
