Cards on the bar...Oh Shirley!! Make mine a Dickel over crushed ice.
1997 Dyna Lowrider Convertible.
Right rear turn signal bulb blew, literally. It blew the glass. Put
a new one in and nothing. Front and dash lights up, but no blinking.
MMmmm. A few days later the left rear goes out. Front and dash
lights come on, but no blinking. Both bulbs have been replaced, still
no go. No emergency flasher either. Tried to get a voltage reading
at the socket, no power. Checked the ground, it appears to be OK.
Took the seat off and checked voltage at the connector from the unit I
am assuming is the turn signal module mounted in the electrical box.
No power. Is there a specific test for this module to perform before
I order one?
If I have to order one does anyone know if there is a unit that will
handle the LED bulbs I want to switch to without any other changes?
Don't expect that card to be good for to long, I'm pretty broke.

When I had a sorta similar issue it was because the wire inside the fender had
the
insulation rubbed off. It had somehow (who? me?) come out of the leetle tab that
holds it
away from the tire.
