Belly up to the bar all, platinum card is on the bar, first TWO rounds
are on me....

I have a 03 Road King, carb'd, and I'm considering upgrading - There is
something called a
big bore upgrade????  I like the bike, but feel that just a little more
power would be great - I did change the pipes and had the carb
re-jetted, and that made it better than stock, but I'm looking for just
a little bit more, aren't we all???  ANy idea what something like this
would cost?  Upgrade the pipes again too?  Recommendations there?
(currently have sampson rolled thunders, but I'd like to piss the
neighbors off a little more)

Any input would be greatly appreciated.!

Easy to do (relatively speaking), and with good results.

The Big Bore upgrade add more cubic inches.  Stock is 88", most big bores
are
95", and some are 98".  Simply put, you bore out the cylinder to fit a bigger
piston.
More cubes is always a good thing - there's no replacement for displacement.
There are some other simple changes that need to be made to get the most
power
out of the extra inches.  Simple head work (not new heads), better cam, 2-1
pipe,
carb tune (not new carb), and you could be pushing 100hp / 100ft/lbs.
I'm a big fan of S&S parts.  I think their power kits are well designed and
dead
reliable.  Talk to your local indy about this kind of work, not the dealer.
